Her Home Collective was founded on a simple belief: modern family life isn't failing because families aren't trying hard enough. They're carrying more than ever before, often without the support systems previous generations relied upon.

After more than a decade leading complex mining operations, Charmaine built a career designing systems, improving efficiency and helping people perform at their best in high-pressure environments. Becoming a mother revealed a different kind of complexity—one that couldn't be solved by simply working harder.

She experienced first-hand what so many families face today. Dual careers, FIFO rosters, growing mental loads and families living further apart have created homes where parents are expected to manage everything themselves. The traditional village has largely disappeared, yet the demands of family life have only increased.

It became clear that families didn't simply need housekeeping. They needed someone who could step into their world, understand how their household functioned and help remove the constant friction that quietly drains their time, energy and capacity.

That realisation became Her Home Collective.
